Position : Customer Service Officer (CSO)
Qualifications :
Graduated from Communication, Public Relation or Management
Have exp in Call Center or Customer Service operation in
financial industry. Have min 2 years exp in Life or General Insurance
Position : Customer Service Head (CSH)
Qriteria :
You should possess fron Economic faculty or relevant study.
Have experienced in managing customer service operation and
administration. Min have exp 5 years in Life or General Insurance.
Proven strong leadership, strategic and analytical thinking.
Placement for All Position :
For branches of Jabodetabek, West Java, Central Java, East Java,
South Sumatra, North Sumatra, Kalimantan Island and
Eastern Indonesia Region.
General Require for All :
Holding min Bachelor degree or higher in relevant disciplines.
Have range og age is 22 until 40 y.o.
Good command of written and spoken Indonesia and English.
Computer literate, self motivated, proactive, able to work with
min supervision and under pressure.
Strong team player, well developed interpersonal skills, determined,
target and result oriented.
