Lowongan Kerja : Customer Service Manager (CSM)

Responsibility :

Manage and supervise Customer Service Team to ensure continued 

growth and customer satisfaction.



Job Description :

Responsible for the Customer Service Matrix monthly report

Ensures customer satisfaction including prompt dealing with 

customer complaints or concers.
Ensures compliance to Code 
of Business Conduct and Corporate Policies

Able to present issues with recommended solutions.



Study and Experience :

Min Bachelor degree S1 majoring in Engineering discipline, Printing 
and
Packaging or related field preferable. 

Have between 4 - 8 yr exp in technical sales or marketing capacity 
for
industrial products.



Skills and Ability :

Good analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

english proficiency-effective communication skills, both written & oral
